Jessica Ervin is the Founder and CEO of the Waterbury Black Business Network, Inc. (WBBN), an Entrepreneur Support Organization dedicated to advancing Black and Brown entrepreneurship across Greater Waterbury.

In his role as Executive Director of Built 4Success, Inc., a nonprofit organization he founded in 2021, Eric is dedicated to empowering individuals with opportunities for personal and professional growth, positioning him as a valuable asset to the Waterbury Black Business Network, Inc.

Chante Allen is a dedicated entrepreneur and the owner and lead massage therapist of Enchanted Hands, a successful wellness business she has proudly operated for five years.

Through his involvement with the Waterbury Black Business Network, Jhevaun is eager to support fellow entrepreneurs in their pursuit of growth and success.

With a profound love for Waterbury, Alicia recognizes that her experiences, both the strengths and challenges, have shaped her into the person she is today. As a general board member of the Waterbury Black Business Network, Alicia is eager to support events that empower Black entrepreneurs and contribute to the growth of the Black community as a whole.
