The new year doesn’t require more hustle. It requires clarity, structure, and strategy.
Strategy Before Hustle is a 2-hour, hands-on business planning workshop designed for entrepreneurs who are ready to move with intention instead of overwhelm. Facilitated by Jessica Ervin, CEO of the Waterbury Black Business Network, this workshop creates space for business owners to slow down, assess where they are, and build a realistic plan for the year ahead.
This is not a lecture. It is a working session.
Participants will walk through guided exercises that help them clarify their business vision, strengthen their foundation, set sustainable financial goals, and create a focused 90-day action plan they can actually execute.
